A Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Crossover Pilot Trial With Extension Using an Oral Mucosal Cannabinoid Extract for Treatment of Chemotherapy-Induced Neuropathic Pain

Cannabinoids are clearly more and more proven to be effective against pain and inflammation. For chemo-induced pain there are also positive effects of PEA, supporting the hypothesis that neuropathic pain can be treated with either cannabinoids or related lipids such as palmitoylethanolamide.
